We could not have been better cared for, advised, assisted and worked with than by Sean! Honestly we were so fortunate to have met him at the beginning of our home hunting adventure. Sean is certainly wonderful at his job. He’s knowledgeable about the areas he represents, he’s savvy about the market, he has excellent follow through and communication skills, and he works harder than any realtor I’ve met! But best of all, Sean does something that almost no realtors I’ve met do, (and I’ve worked with a lot). He genuinely cares about getting you the right property and he never EVER pushes you into any decisions he thinks won’t be beneficial. Beyond being honest, he’s the kind of realtor who will tell you if something simply isn’t worth your time or money. He steers an incredibly hard working, honest, and genuine ship as far as navigating you. As a client I couldn’t have been happier. During inspection we basically needed an acrobat to get into an attic crawl space no inspector or contractor would touch. Sean had “the guy” ready to go in his back pocket!! He’s there for you with every available resource. He’s a guide, he really makes the journey exciting and easy. I haven’t had any realtor spend as much time with every detail as Sean did. No matter how many times I had to go back and forth, get more information, check more details, he was there. Whether you’re a first time buyer or a seasoned homeowner like we are, Sean is the best agent for you!

Cameron (or, "Cam") rates a pretty easy five stars. He has a low key humorous way to help move things along. He can nudge you past the 2AM sweats which are part of every deal. And he knows his stuff. He followed up proactively after the purchase to make sure things were going smoothly and helped solve a few wrinkles. He knows his properties and his market and can recommend good local contractors if you need them. He was really good in helping pull together all the due diligence details. If you love the desert he's your guy.

Cameron provided excellent service. He is reliable and easy to reach. He knows the area well and can answer any questions. We had very specific criteria in what we were looking for. Sean goes above and beyond as he even gave us a list of neighborhoods (with a Google map itinerary) to explore so we could better understand this area. His extensive local connections and being from the high desert, gave us invaluable insider insight to help inform our strategy and approach to get a great deal and close on schedule. With three partners working on this purchase, Sean was even patient enough to just provide video updates to all of us each step of the way in the process.

Whenever we were thinking of a negotiation approach, he was honest and would push back when necessary but was always helping us get to a fair solution. That’s very important in this type of transaction as we all can understand the value in everyone walking away from the deal satisfied.

Simply put, Sean made our dreams come true and we couldn’t have done this without him. I’d only recommend him to any of my close family or friends looking to buy in the high desert area. He’s just the best!

Cam Wortman is an outstanding real estate agent. He helped me find the perfect home in the Morongo Basin, working with me while I was in Nevada. He spent time showing my sister and father homes I was interested in, when I could make the trip to California. I spent two full days looking at homes with Cam in April of this year, he really understood what I was looking for. He was very easy to spend time with, knowledgeable about the area, and the listing agents. He was very agreeable and provided me what ever I asked for, I never had the feeling he was trying to sell me something that I did not want.
