I cannot express enough my gratitude to Sean and his team for making our journey to home ownership so easy. The journey is intimate and overwhelming, so it was important for us to find someone supportive, nonjudgmental and really, really patient. Sean and his team are that and much more.

We met with and saw homes with two other agents who did not work out for various reasons (lack of experience and knowledge, disingenuous, etc) and then we found Sean and we only spent one day with him before finding our dream home. He made the rest of time such a positive experience from relaying information simply to us, being available pretty much 24/7, and continuously advocating and negotiate on our behalf.

He's confident yet humble, an experienced agent, though never makes you feel inadequate and transparent throughout the process. No question is too dumb and he embraces that, thankfully! We recommend his expertise 100% and look forward to working with him again. Thanks Sean and team!

His reviews on Yelp are not exaggerating. Cameron is the best. We didn't know him from Adam, but in the end we were so impressed with how well he represented us. Buying a house is a scary step, but Cameron made it very smooth and was patient with us. We're not the most assertive people and we don't know a lot about construction and issues beyond the surface features we wanted a home, but Cameron helped us a lot with that and then convinced a stubborn seller that, given our offer, it was in much her best interests too to make a few fair concessions. Even though we are soon to sell our old home hundreds of miles away and most likely to the neighbor there, Cameron offered us some very wise tips we didn't consider to make that transaction safe for us, even though he would have no stake in it. What a mensch!

We bought our first home through Cam, he was great he worked super hard for us, and was very informative. He had great communication every step of the way and was patient. He has a fun personality too, very much recommend using Cameron!

I bought my dream property in 2019 and it never would have happened without Cameron. He worked tirelessly as if it was his own home he was trying to buy. He was there for me every step of the way as I was a first time buyer. My situation presented many challenges and Cam met them with ease and efficiency. Since then he calls just to check on me, he assisted me with an issue I was having recently when I called on him for help, and he called after the COVID-19 started spreading to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything.
