Penny is the BEST! She got us the house we wanted and dealt with a difficult seller and their realtor that did not always respond in a timely manner. Penny really went to bat for us and got us the house for $10,000 under asking price which is unheard of in today's market. She talked me off the ledge several times when we were just fed up and ready to walk away from the deal. She held the deal, and us together to the end and we just closed escrow yesterday 02/02/2022. We could not be happier with how things turned out and we got our ream desert house.
