It is unusual to find someone so forthcoming, honest, follows up and a good communicator. I live 2-3 hours drive away and after meeting with Cameron one time at the property, I never went back. I was that confident with his ability. Cameron had recommended that I replace the carpet and do some minor landscape work. Cameron handled it and the price that was very reasonable and lower than my expectation. I did nothing! The house sold in 3 days with multiple offers at 10% above asking price. Cam Wortman sold me my house in 2016, and it was an easy process. He knows the area and understood what I was looking for. When I decided to sell the house in 2020, I called Cam. He had my house on the market April 1st, and we closed escrow on May 14th for the price I was asking, that is as good as it gets. Cam is experienced, professional and very personable.
