Cam Wortman is an outstanding real estate agent. He helped me find the perfect home in the Morongo Basin, working with me while I was in Nevada. He spent time showing my sister and father homes I was interested in, when I could make the trip to California. His reviews on Yelp are not exaggerating. Cameron is the best. We didn't know him from Adam, but in the end we were so impressed with how well he represented us. Buying a house is a scary step, but Cameron made it very smooth and was patient with us. We're not the most assertive people and we don't know a lot about construction and issues beyond the surface features we wanted a home, but Cameron helped us a lot with that and then convinced a stubborn seller that, given our offer, it was in much her best interests too to make a few fair concessions. Even though we are soon to sell our old home hundreds of miles away and most likely to the neighbor there, Cameron offered us some very wise tips we didn't consider to make that transaction safe for us, even though he would have no stake in it. What a mensch!
